10 years. During
this time he has worked

NFL, Arena Football
League, MLB, Collegiate
baseball & football, as
well as hundreds of high
school athletes.
Additionally, Dayne has
trained hundreds of
Professional, Collegiate
& amateur athletes,
assisting them achieve
elevated contractual
status & scholarships,
while tremendously
improving their sports
performance.
Dayne lives in Dublin
with his wife, Lisa &
their 2 sons, Cooper &
Keegan.

Jason Pedicini was born
and raised in
Youngstown, Ohio. He
graduated Magna Cum
Laude from
Baldwin-Wallace College
with a triple major in
pre-physical therapy,
exercise physiology and
fitness management. He
was a member of Pi
Lambda Phi fraternity
and was active in
various philanthropic
and academic honorary
groups. He then went on
to receive his doctorate
of physical therapy at
Slippery Rock
University. Upon
graduating he moved to
Columbus where he began
to work at an outpatient
orthopedic facility. He
has vast experience in
dealing with
post-operative
rehabilitation, injured
workers and the
geriatric population. He
is a member of the
American Physical
Therapy Association and
will sit for his
certification to become
a spine specialist in
early 2008.
Jason enjoys exercising,
cooking, playing
volleyball, flag
football and softball.
He is actively involved
with Big Brothers/Big
Sisters and the Red
Cross Organizations, as
well as the Special
Olympics. He has also
been a clinical
instructor for The Ohio
State University.

Erin Tranquilli was born
and raised in
Cincinnati, Ohio.
She graduated from Ohio
University in 1999 with
a Bachelor's degree in
Biological
Sciences/Pre-Physical
Therapy, then remained
to complete her graduate
work, receiving a
Master's degree in
Physical Therapy in
2002. She then
moved to Columbus and
has been working in the
outpatient orthopedic
field for the past 5
years.
Erin joined Conley Rehab
& Sports Medicine in
July of 2007. Her
current specialty area
is in vestibular
rehabilitation, with an
interest in pre/post
natal women's health and
spine rehabilitation.
She is a member of the
American Physical
Therapy Association,
Orthopedic Section.
In her free time, she
enjoys traveling,
playing tennis, and
spending time with
family and friends.

Lee
is a board certified
sports physical
therapist and certified
athletic trainer with
over 12 years of
clinical experience and
10 years of
rehabilitation
management experience.
Lee is the only
practicing
Board-certified Sports
Physical Therapist in
central Ohio. He
was recently named to
the “Best in the US”
list of the top 1% of
physical therapists in
the United States.
Lee has practiced and
managed rehabilitation
in numerous settings
including hospital,
nursing home, private
practice, and
corporate-owned
outpatient
rehabilitation agencies.
He did the strategic
planning and
implementation of a
rehabilitation agency in
Ohio that included
eleven new start-up
clinics and was involved
in four acquisitions in
a four-year period.

Don Radlinski,

Don’s
expertise is in clinic
operations. Don
has over 11 years of
clinical experience and
nine years of
rehabilitation
management experience.
Clinically, Don is one
of a few certified
McKenzie therapists in
central Ohio and he has
extensive knowledge of
Medicare as well as
insurance company
regulations and
compliance. He has
served in administrator
roles for the largest
and third and fourth
largest national
rehabilitation
corporations. In
addition to Don’s vast
knowledge base on the
standards that regulate
the practice of physical
therapy, he takes great
pride in his ability to
develop and mentor young
clinicians and clinical
rehabilitation managers.

Missy
Butcher

Missy Butcher has been a
resident of Westerville,
Ohio for most of her
life. She
graduated from Otterbein
College in 2006 with a
Bachelor’s degree in
Athletic Training.
She was an active member
of the Student Athletic
Training Club during her
four years at Otterbein
where she sat on the
board as Vice President
and President and also
served as a mentor to
the incoming freshmen
each year. Missy
also received the
William “Doc” Freeman
Leadership Award her
senior year. She
is a member of the
National Athletic
Trainer’s Association as
well as the Ohio
Athletic Trainer’s
Association and will sit
for her certification
examination in early
2008.
Missy enjoys reading,
exercising, and spending
time with her family and
friends. She is
actively involved with
the Westerville
Community United Church
of Christ where she has
been a member for
fifteen years.
Missy is also active
with the Susan G. Komen
Foundation and attends
Race for the Cure every
year.
